About Val's Catering
Val’s Catering was formed in 2005 with a single, clear vision:
“We will create quality meals best ingredients: deliciously prepared, impeccably presented and joyfully served”.
This fervent promise stems from Val’s 20 years experience in, and passion for, the art of catering.
Val trained at the prestigious George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. Since then, she’s held positions in some of the most illustrious dining establishments in the world, including Toronto’s own Skyline Triumph Hotel.
However, it was in 2004 that Val decided to strike out alone, and bring her unrivalled flair for creative catering to the fore. Creating an organisation that is as much about exceptional customer service as it is about fine cuisine, Val now has over 200 delighted clients to her name, and has catered for every occasion, from private weddings and small functions to government agencies and foreign embassies.
